We booked the hot air balloon through get your guide website and it said from Barcelona . I booked it and came to know that the place is 1 hr drive from Barcelona city and when I contacted the website for help for the transfer they could not help me . Then I contacted the balloon company and Mr.Fernando was so humble and helps us with transfer and took good care of us throughout the trip. My family enjoyed the ride and the ride was very well explained by Mr.Fernando. We love the experience and will definitely recommend Barcelona balloon flights to all.
