If the flight must be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions:
You may reschedule your flight free of charge within the 1-year voucher validity.
If you are visiting the area for only a few days and cannot reschedule, we will refund the full flight value.
The flight value is refundable except for the guarantee amount (20€) and bank charges.
