Ballooning is weather sensitive, so we will confirm every booking via email and get in touch with you again shortly before the flight via email/mobile to confirm weather and make sure you are ready to go!
In case weather does not allow us to fly we offer an alternate date or refund/cancel the booking (check our CANCELLATION INSURANCE).
